Generation or export failed
Confirm you are on Wi‑Fi or cellular with a stable connection. Long songs and dense lyrics take longer. Try again once; if it still fails, email support with the project name and step where it stopped.

Lyrics or lip-sync timing
Re-run transcription if lyrics look off, then regenerate affected scenes. Tell us the song length and which scene drifts so we can investigate.
